I’m Kubair Shirazee, a Business and Community Agility Coach with more than 25 years experience helping and facilitating leaders, teams, individuals and communities develop, nurture and evolve capabilities, behaviours and ways of working that enable them to achieve their purpose, regardless of what the future brings.

With a background in product development in the pharma and life sciences, I have taken multiple digital products to market with my own startups. I have built and sold three successful businesses, including Ikonami Ltd whose digital products were used by the Department of Health to implement its Agenda for Change framework across the NHS. I now use this experience to facilitate enterprises to nurture agile ways of working at scale.

Having suffered personal tragedy when my brother was killed by extremists in Pakistan in 2010, together with my wife Sahar Zaidi-Shirazee I set up Peace Through Prosperity, a not-for-profit social innovation lab that tackles extremism in society by empowering minoritised and marginalised communities to build a better future for themselves.
Peace Through Prosperity delivers mini MBAs to micro-entrepreneurs in Pakistan, Yemen and Egypt and has thus far enabled 2500+ individuals to qualify and work their way out of poverty. Our work is constantly evolving and reaching further corners of the earth.
Outside of my day job, I am an active political commentator. I am a co-founder of the Better Government think tank, which calls for more accountability in British politics.
