This dataset forms the foundation of our ongoing exploration into JTI’s Agile transformation across the Middle East, Near East, Africa, and Türkiye (MENEAT) region.
Collected over seventeen months of focused market activation and engagement, it reflects real stories of teams and leaders evolving together — through over 11 market interventions between March 2024 and August 2025.
The research blends quantitative and qualitative insight to map how behaviours, mindsets, and systems are shifting in practice, from leadership habits to team rhythm, from culture to customer impact.
The approach combines behavioural science, organisational design, and field experimentation:
Dual-lens design: Separate instruments for Leadership and Operational Teams ensure both perspectives are heard.
Mixed-methods data: Likert-scale quant responses meet free-text reflections to surface both metrics and meaning.
Longitudinal capture: Repeated sampling across markets tracks progress over time, not just point-in-time sentiment.
Activation-linked: Data is gathered after real market interventions — ensuring insights reflect action, not opinion.
Agile maturity mapping: Each response is plotted across the five dimensions of agility: Leadership, Teaming, Systems, Culture, and Impact.
This combination creates a 360° view of organisational agility in motion — pragmatic, evidence-based, and grounded in everyday realities.
